Building on Leading Minds 2024 (Climate Action), Leading Minds 2025 (Future of Education), and the Young Visionaries Report, the Fellowship will support a global cohort of 12 climate leaders (ages 10–30) through an 18-month, youth-led programme focused on climate education and intergenerational systems change.

At the heart of the fellowship are Bright Spots: youth-led climate education initiatives already demonstrating promising community-rooted solutions. Fellows will help document, strengthen, and elevate these models across national, regional, and global platforms. Bright Spots may also be eligible for grants of up to USD 20,000.
